1. Grinding tools of magnesite

2. Diamond grinding tools
It is sintered by diamond abrasive.
Advantages: it is suitable for most stone grinding machines and has high grinding speed.
Disadvantages: it is easy to gnaw the stone seriously, and the follow-up number connection is more complicated.
3. Ceramic abrasives
It is made of silicon carbide abrasive and glass by high temperature sintering. It is characterized by good durability, but it is easy to block up and cause grinding slippage. The cost is also high. Now it is less used.
4. Metal bond abrasives
It is made of diamond and metal powder by sintering. It is characterized by high processing efficiency and good processing effect. Generally starting from 50 mesh, 20 mesh abrasive should be carefully selected, otherwise it will be difficult to process after coarse scratch. In addition, the grain size should not exceed 400 mesh.
This tool is the most effective tool for finishing rough surfaces and can produce satisfactory surfaces. The cost is higher than the abrasive tools introduced before, but its processing efficiency is incomparable to ordinary abrasive tools.
5. Silicon carbide resin abrasives
It is composed of silicon carbide abrasive and resin. Useful phenolic resin pressing class, there are mixed with liquid resin pouring class.
It is mainly used in fine grinding. The characteristics of the pressing class are good durability and good wettability during grinding. Especially when processing marble, the grinding brightness is good and the efficiency is relatively high, but the cost is relatively higher, mainly using fine grain size.
Phenolic abrasives are easy to be colored when grinding and polishing light colored stones, which is the main reason why they can not be widely used.
Casting is similar to the grindstone cast by mixing fine silicon carbide powder and other materials with resin. It is mainly used for polishing granite, terrazzo and concrete.
6. Soft diamond grinding tools
Diamond soft grinding disc is a new type of tool used for ground renovation in recent years. Its portability and unique flexibility make it have good adhesion performance for the machining mask. The particle size can be from 20 mesh to 3000 mesh.

7. Resin bonded abrasives

It is mainly used for fine grinding to polishing of stone materials. It is a continuous grinding and polishing tool after metal grinding plate is flattened. The cost is relatively moderate.
